To provide the core functionality of the App (generating educational songs), you may voluntarily provide:

• Study Materials: PDFs, text notes, and images of study guides or textbooks that you upload.
• Generated Content: Songs, lyrics, and titles generated by the App.

C. Financial Data

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. We do not store your credit card or bank account information. All financial transactions are processed by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and we only retain data related to your subscription status (e.g., active, expired) and transaction history.

D. Device and Usage Data

We may automatically collect information about your device and usage, including:

• Device model and operating system
• IP address
• App usage patterns and interaction logs
• Crash data and performance metrics
• Device Identifiers: We collect unique device identifiers (such as Android ID or iOS Vendor ID) strictly for fraud prevention and security purposes, such as enforcing free tier limits and preventing abuse of our services.

• OpenRouter / Anthropic: Used to process your text and images to generate lyrics and music logic.
• Suno (via sunoapi.org): Used to generate the actual audio and music files from the lyrics and style prompts.

Backend & Database

• Firebase: Used for authentication, database storage, and analytics.

Payments

• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time.

Upon deletion, all your personal data (including generated songs, study materials, and chat history) will be permanently removed from our active databases. We may retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes as required by law.
